Shipping Policy

  • All orders ship via Fed Ex Ground. There is an $8 flat rate shipping fee.
  • All overs over $75 will ship free.
  • Unfortunately, for orders placed on bannershallmark.com, we cannot redeem Crown Rewards Certificates or award Crown Rewards points. 
Return Policy​

  • Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and in like-new, saleable condition with tags/UPC barcode attached.

  • We do not price adjust. Merchandise must accompany returns.

  • Merchandise accompanied by an original Banner’s Hallmark sales receipt may be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to deny any return.

  • Refunds to credit cards must be made to the same credit card number used for the original purchase.

Sale Merchandise                                                                                   

  • Sale merchandise is purchased as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
