Store Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and in like-new, saleable condition with tags/UPC barcode attached.

  • We do not price adjust. Merchandise must accompany returns.

  • We reserve the right to deny any return.

 Returns with a valid, original sales receipt                       


  • Merchandise accompanied by an original Banner’s Hallmark sales receipt may be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • If after 30 days, exchange or store credit only at the last known sale price.

  • Refunds to credit cards must be made to the same credit card number used for the original purchase.


Returns with a gift receipt                        

  • We offer a merchandise exchange or store credit.


Returns without a valid, original sales receipt       

  • We offer a merchandise exchange or store credit for the last known sale price of the merchandise being returned.

  • Vera Bradley may NOT be returned without a valid Banner’s Hallmark receipt.

  • We require a driver’s license or state issued identification card for all returns without a receipt.

  • Sale merchandise is purchased as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.   




  • Coupons must be used on full-priced merchandise.*

  • Coupons may not be combined with other coupons, discounts or offers.*

  • Only one coupon may be used per transaction. If you have more than one valid coupon, we will apply them on separate transactions.

  • Coupons will be applied to amount due after all other discounts have been taken.

  • We do not accept expired coupons.

  • We gladly accept cash, MasterCard/Visa, American Express and Discover as forms of payment. We do not accept checks or traveler’s checks.
